Damn That's Sweet

Silas is a self proclaimed Puzzle Expert.

I went to take school pictures and I got a series of "Calvin" faces before I convinced him to take the picture semi seriously. Micah, of course, copied him.

There are a lot of thing that Micah only does (or is brave enough to do) because Silas does them. But Silas is clueless.  They got to paint a lot this summer and Silas ussually got more on himself than the canvas.

He has good intentions, even if they seem to go astray sometimes and he loves, loves, loves goofing off in front of people.  He was a lion in the Kindergarten Circus... and was the only lion to dive head first through the rings rather than just jump.  That's my boy, doesn't do anything half arsed.  *grin*

Micah is an observer.

He gets carried away in his own imagination sometimes.  He is super sensitive and it is tender watching him take care of his brother... well, when he isn't bossing him around.  *grin*

The kid is reading like mad now, and we are geekifying him rather thoroughly.

And we only had one ER visit this summer.  Micah smashed his finger betwene a rock and a boulder.  I believe the score is now 5 (Micah) to 6 (Silas).

I love my boys.  I think they are awesome.
